I first met Quynh as a sophomore in high school when he was only in 8th grade. We honestly weren't super close friends through high school. Maybe I was just jealous of his height, but when we reconnected in college something clicked. We got closer and closer as friends and as officers together for UHFSA and haven't looked back since. He's gone from someone I see as a little brother to someone I genuinely look up to. His confidence and conviction as he navigates life are things I try to replicate and his friendship means the world to me.

Obligatory pick. We met on October 13, 1998 when my parents picked her up from the adoption agency. In all seriousness, this is my literal best friend. Ever since we were kids, we have always been so close and I know I can come to her with any problems or for any advice. I'm so thankful for our bond and I hope one day Nathan and I's future kids will be the same way.

My dude Walt. Ashley and Walter have been close friends since high school but I did not get a chance to meet him until college. 5+ years later Walter is like a brother to me. From slinging pizzas to slinging drinks behind the bar, working next to him will always be some of my favorite memories to look back on. Always pushing me to talk to him about what's on my mind and how my mental health is doing, he is really one of the most caring people I know.

We met for the first time in 8th grade when we played against each other for a junior high basketball game! It wasn't until we went to the same high school that we got closer and became best friends :) From running the court together, to now partying and adulting together, I couldn't imagine my big day without her!

The VP to my P. This dude has always been there for me through all the ups and downs that UHFSA threw at us. When we first met, I thought Steven was way too cool to be my friend but I have never met a more genuine, down to earth guy. As I navigate my way through adulthood I know I'll always have him in my corner. Hanging out with him is always a guaranteed good time so of course I needed him by my side on my wedding day!

Mei Mei is my only girl cousin and basically my second little sister. We grew up playing Sardines and *eyes* and now she's killing it at UC Berkeley! It's so crazy how in the blink of an eye I went from babysitting and putting her down for naps to now raiding each other's closets for clothes and shoes. I'm so proud of the woman she's become and can't wait to celebrate the special day with her by my side.

What to say about Jan.. lmao. Even though I've know him the shortest amount of time out of all the groomsmen I think him and I got close the fastest. He has the absolute worst jokes but he makes up for it by having the biggest heart. In all seriousness he is always pushing me to become the best version of myself. Watching him go from a quiet keep-to-himself kind of guy into the crazy goof he is today has been a blast and I can't wait to see where he ends up.

JULES, my little! From playing ultimate frisbee to tailgating at football games to singing at raves, we have been inseparable since meeting in FSA! She was a key part of my college experience and I'm so happy and blessed to have such an amazing lifelong friend.

Christian and I have been friends for as long as I can remember. We spent countless nights at each other's houses just watching funny tv shows and playing random video games. Even when we spent our college years apart I knew we could always pick up right where we left off. I've always thought of him as my goofy little brother even though he's a few months older than me and I can't imagine my wedding day without him.

My newest little sister! I met Kayla when she was only 7 years old. My favorite earliest memory with her was when we went to the circus and she had a pimple on her nose and got made fun of it by a circus clown. Now she's all grown up and becoming such a smart, beautiful woman. I couldn't have asked for a better sister-in-law and I'm so excited for us to start this new journey together :)
