Question

When is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

June 1, 2024

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Black Tie Optional: Women can choose either a formal evening gown, a shorter cocktail dress, or dressy separates. Men are requested to wear a tuxedo, but can also opt for a dark suit. Please, no denim, sneakers, or sweats.

Question

Are there any room blocks or Hotel Accommodations?

Answer

We have set up a Wedding hotel booking page for our guest with specially negotiated group rates, without setting up a group hotel block. These rates are special group rates that are typically very large discounts that are not available to the general public. Please use this link: https://zola.hotelplanner.com/EventPage7710541 The rates above can fluctuate and sell out at any time, so please book sooner than later. We hope this is helpful for you!

Question

Can I bring a Plus 1?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only allowing +1s on an individual basis. For those who have been permitted a +1, if you have not already included your +1 in your RSVP by the deadline, they will not be permitted to attend wedding ceremony or reception, unless otherwise approved by wedding planner. The guest list is strictly enforced and we appreciate your cooperation.

Question

Will parking be available at the venue?

Answer

There is a paid parking deck for a flat fee of $15 that will be accessible at the venue, as well as street parking. However, we do also recommend utilizing ride share services

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entirety of the wedding will be indoor.

Question

Are Children Welcome

Answer

We prefer that all attendees be 12 and up and all guests, including children, will need to RSVP. If a plus 1 is not included in your RSVP, then we kindly request that you do not bring any extra guest, including children, unless they are young enough and small enough to fit in your lap. However, please request permission from bride and groom if you wish to bring a child under the age of 12. If you would like further clarification, please direct questions to either the maid of honor, bride, or groom. We LOVE the kiddos, but we also want to provide an environment for adults to celebrate and enjoy themselves ;-)

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

A premium open bar will be available for 4.5 hours. Though tips to staff are not mandatory, they are greatly appreciated.

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-30 minutes early, to provide time for parking and seating. The ceremony is expected to start promptly and we wouldn't want to miss you as we are coming down the aisle! :-)

For all the days along the way
