Question

Will the ceremony and/or reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will take place in the Poinsettia Ballroom.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your actual invitation.

Question

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Most of our guests will be staying at our wedding venue (The Omni La Costa Resort & Spa). If you will be staying at a different hotel we recommend scheduling a ride or using Lyft/Uber.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are limiting kids to family only. We hope you understand!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 45 mins to an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled! If you are staying at The Omni La Costa Resort we will have an early check in option available.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception is scheduled to end at 11:00pm.

Are there any colors you would prefer me not to wear?

Answer

Our color scheme is very light and neutral. The only color we ask that you not wear is white.

Question

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Black Tie Optional/ Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. *Ladies- Keep in mind the cocktail hour will be held on a turf lawn.
