Man of Honor
People let me tell ya bout my best friend.... Edwin AKA Ed has been my best friend for the last 20 years! We met at a wedding and now he is in my wedding! I moved to LA in 2006 and Ed made my college life a blast! From falling asleep in the drive thru of Jack in the box wasted to simply having a shoulder to cry on for one another. We have been through so much and I couldn’t imagine my day without him there as my Man of Honor.
Maid of Honor
Now this chick right here! My college best friend! She goes by the name of Nicole aka Nick Nack patty wack LMAO. We met while working at target and attending CSUN together. She is the true ride or die. We may not always see eye to eye but we level up when need be. She is a crazy little umpa lumpa but I love her to death. My CSUN and turn up days wouldn’t have been the same without her there. Made me moving to LA so worth it. She has been a big help in the whole planning and therapeutic process of this wedding planning mess. And with that being said can’t wait for this little ball of fire to be my Maid of Honor.
Matron of Honor
Where do I start. Michelle is my childhood best friend. We met in 6th grade and were attached at the hip ever since. She was the only child so we grew up being more like sisters of the same age, whereas my sister by blood had an 8 year gap. So it was fun having similar interest and someone to talk trash with at school. I can go over some crazy stories with us two however this is a family site ;) We had good times from science class, making teachers cry (which I now feel horrible for) to stalking the Backstreet Boys. I had the pleasure of being her maid of honor and I’m glad to have her as my Matron of Honor on my big day.
Best Man
Brandon’s little big brother, confidant and hype-man. He keeps me motivated and clear minded when things get tough. Famous for our dance offs (sometimes just the two of us in the basement with a projector for visuals) and myspace-esque photo-shoots. He grew to be a man of honor and principle. Glad that he will be by my side as I start a new chapter of my life. I wouldn’t want to grow up with anyone else. I aspire to build a loving family like the one he shares with his wife and children.
Bridesmaid
I met Breana AKA Bre when I was 8, mom and dad thought it was my dream to have a sibling. Well they thought wrong! Lol I was cool with being the only child. However later in life I realized it was one of the best decisions they made for me :) She is not only my sister but a best friend and travel buddy. Can’t picture life without her! I can’t say yes to my mister without my sister!
Groomsman
Big Cousin & Friend… Met Stan when he and his family moved to Jersey from Guyana while I was in High School. Shared a love of kicks “athletic footwear” & food. You could find us eating a sushi boat or traveling back and forth to Brooklyn for whatever reason we could think of. He’s always down for a good time and quick to lend a helping hand. He has built a network of family and friends that I’m happy to be a part of.

When they say you can’t choose your family they lied! Because we sure did. Jessica AKA Jess is my mom’s adopted goddaughter lol so she became family to me. She was like a bigger sister I never had. At times she definitely played the older sister role when I use to nag her when we were younger, leading to a broken finger in the Bahamas. Easy to say I learned my lesson. She is the mama to my first godson as well, and I’m so blessed for the both of them. I had the honor of being in her wedding and I can’t wait for her to help my life out with the whole wedding mess as she is by my side the whole way.
Groomsman
Started as co-workers and became friends. Kept me levelheaded at work and hyped after. One part of the SoHo trio and a fashion-killer. First person I’ve seen workout while at work. Ask him to get the party started and he will prevail.
Bridesmaid
Ashlee has been in my life since my college days. We worked at Target and attended CSUN together. She was always the little devil on my shoulder trying to get China ( My alter ego) to come out and turn up. I can’t tell you how many bomb nights we had in Hollywood on a Tuesday- Saturday with all the T-Pain songs. Then when she moved into the same apartment complex aka Melrose Place with two of our other friends. It was OVER! LOL. She later coming to NYC we let the legacy continue as we became foodies on another level. When I’m hungry and wanna try somewhere new, I know who to call. Can’t wait to continue the turn up on my big day with her.
Groomsman
Janae’s little cousin turned little brother. After growing up together when Justin came to live with them in FL they became more of a brother sister. They use to kill it with their free style Friday’s in the living room lol. Justin can be the turn up king but also ride for anyone in his family! Can’t wait for him to turn up with us on the wedding day.
Bridesmaid
Satonia is a friend of many identities, never know what name she is going by lol. This is a soul sister in my life as we called it back in flight training. We met in TX where we trained to be flight attendants. She thought I was light skinned and mean at first ( can’t confirm or deny) lol. However sooner than later she cracked away my resting b!#@*$ face and we became friends and travel buddies. We’ve been to some amazing places and international parties together always ready for a turn up no matter what corner of the earth we are on. She is the only person I know that can fall asleep at a drop of a dime or sleep dial you and have a whole conversation and be knocked out. We planned this moment since I met Brandon so I’m excited to have her in my bride tribe.
Groomsman
The guy with the vibes. Little "Big" Cousin, the Youngin… Quiet Storm, He’s the big teddy bear that’s ready to party. You won’t hear him coming but will you’ll feel his energy. Seen this kid grow into a man. He definitely benefited with the postponement of this event so he can now legally enjoy all the libations.
