Question

Save The Date/Invitations

Answer

We are going digital! Please save our date now. We will not be sending out formal invitations by mail. You will receive an email notification which will contain our invitation roughly 2 months prior to our Wedding. Please be on the lookout so you can RSVP online & see info on meal choices. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you know whether or not you are able to attend. At the latest, please RSVP by 7/30/21.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The Ceremony & Reception will be taking place at the same venue of which has plenty of free parking for all of our guests. The parking is in a back parking lot that you will turn into & you will see a little sign that says "The Vintage Rose."

Will COVID Pre-Cautions be in place?

Answer

Absolutely! All vendors will have masks on. The venue has provided hands free sanitizer dispensers. Our Wedding is a small event with 52 attendees which will allow for plenty of social distancing. We ask that each guest bring a mask to don if/when needed. The Venue has nightly deep cleanings & go through full sanitization efforts, including the upholstered furniture. We ask that you are safe and practice social distancing prior to attending our event. If you believe to have come into contact with a positive case &/or start to experience symptoms, please let us know immediately. The safety of our friends & family during this time is of the upmost importance.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you require assistance with lodging, please reach out to Jessica ASAP. We have a few options that can be discussed & set up.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a Ceremony Rehearsal the day before the event on 8/25. Time TBD & will be updated once booked. We will need for the full Wedding Party to attend the rehearsal & plan to have dinner afterward. All other guests we will see you at the Wedding on 8/26! As for day after the event, if you are still planning to be in town, please let Jess & Jace know so we can see about a plan to get together!

Will the Ceremony/Reception be indoor/outdoor?

Answer

The Ceremony & Reception will take place indoors. There will be an outdoor area with tables, chairs, a photo booth & other fun things to check out as well!

What will happen after the Ceremony?

Answer

After the Ceremony all guests will be called into a special room within our reception area for hor d'oeuvres & beverages. We are providing an open bar for 4 hours during our event for our guests that would like to partake, please enjoy responsibly!

How do I get to the Venue?

Answer

The venue is extremely easy to find via Waze or Google Maps. If you require a print out or more specific directions, please reach out to Jessica for assistance.

Will a sit down dinner be provided at the Reception?

Answer

Yes! We will have a 2 Course Meal provided for dinner. We have a tasting to pick out our options 2 months prior to our Wedding date. Once our options are chosen, we will update the website for you to view.

May I take a centerpiece/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Our venue is providing decor & flowers & it is their property. Please do not take anything home with you unless it is your gift from us.

If I don't finish my food, may I take leftovers?

Answer

Unfortunately, the venue does not allow for food to be taken off premises as leftovers due to COVID safety guidelines. Please take the dinner time to enjoy your meal thoroughly prior to getting your boogie on!

Can I take & post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask that all phones are put away during the time of the Ceremony. We have an amazing photographer whom will capture many loving moment that we will be sure to share with you! When it comes to the Reception on the other hand, we encourage photos & can't wait to see them! Please utilize the hashtag #becomingbramwell on instagram!

All guests can start arriving at 4:30 pm (30 minutes prior to Ceremony start time).
