Sharri and KD have been friends since 5th grade! They met at E.W. Oliver Elementary School when KD and her mom first moved to Atlanta from Virginia. She was KD's first friend in Atlanta and that turned into best friend in no time! They have so much in common ... they even share the exact same birthday!! Pisces GANG! They have sooooo many memories together, good, and bad as life has given them both some hard pills to swallow. Through it all they stood together and wiped each other's tears when life tried to knock them down. As not only friends, but sisters they mean so much to each other. Two innocent kids from College Park, GA that grew up to be amazing women, mothers, and now wives!! KD could not imagine this day without her day 1 by her side!
Teanesha Washington
Matron of Honor
Teanesha is KD's first cousin. They both enjoy traveling together, eating, sipping cocktails, and reciting Beyonce to the top of their lungs! So far, these two have traveled to Canada, Grand Cayman Islands, and New Orleans together for some much needed turn up and a lot of rest & relaxation. KD's most memorable moments with Teanesha are their shenanigans at the Beyonce concerts and that one-time Teanesha was babysitting her when she was about 10. Her and her friends locked KD in the bathroom and called Candyman. She's been scarred for life! But hey! That's what big cousins do! KD couldn't ask for a better Matron of Honor!
Portia Carr

Portia and KD met at the University of Alabama. Her and KD were roommates since Freshman year and have been thick as thieves since. Seriously, they can look at each other and just burst out laughing. They have been through a lot together including pledging their beloved Alpha Kappa Alpha! Portia had to make do when KD had the entire Fantasia album on repeat constantly! They partied hard and loved each other even harder. KD is so blessed to have such amazing sisters and is so honored that Portia will be standing next to her on her special day. Since the day they met these two have laughed, cried, and plotted against anyone who had something to say about it!
Britney Clark

Britney is like Olivia Pope to KD! She literally can do anything! Black girl magic for sure! They met when they we in high school through KD's cousin but hit it off as good girlfriends instantly! These two can conquer the world together #WorldDomination. They bounce ideas off each other and come up with masterplans almost in an instant! From the beginning KD fell in love with Britney's genuine heart. She always says yes, I hear you, and I see you! She will do anything to help anyone without expecting anything in return. Not to mention that these two can talk for hours about everything from travel to politics, to trap music and fashion. KD is thrilled to have Britney as a friend and sister for life!
Laresha Jola-Isiba

KD met Laresha at Campbell High School in the 11th grade. The backstory is that KD's parents made her switch schools after they purchased a new house in Cobb County, and boy was she upset! She loved her old school and couldn't get past the change. Initially she had a hard time making friends, then she met Laresha in homeroom. Thank God both of their names started with R! They clicked instantly! Literally Laresha said "You can be my friend" and the rest is history. They have been more like sisters ever since. KD and Laresha have so many memories together. Laresha was like KD's mom 2.0. She would remind KD "Are you sure you wanna do that? You know Sharlinda's crazy right!" LOL Laresha is traveling from Houston, Texas to be by KD's side!
Amorette Jones

KD and Amorette (lovingly called Nell) met when her and her mom first moved to Atlanta! At the time KD was about 11 and Nell was in high school when she became her babysitter. Since a young child KD loved spending time with Nell! They would talk for hours, and they had so much in common even though they were not the same age. She became the older sister KD never had, but always wanted! To this day she is KD's voice of reason, prayer partner, and free therapist. :-) They talk and laugh for hours! Even when life gets busy for the two of them, they pick up right where they left off! They know each other so well and will go toe to toe with anyone who hurts the other. KD could not imagine this day without her big sister by her side!
Ambria Lankford

Ambria and KD met while pledging Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated at the University of Alabama. AKA made them sorority sisters, but life made them so much more! Ambria has always been cool headed, which is opposite to KD's feisty personality. She is levelheaded and always acts as KD's voice of reason. Her power to help KD see things from a different perspective is supernatural! There is no surprise that she became an attorney because she's been KD's unpaid legal advisor since they met! LOL They have so many memories together. They would stay up all night in the sorority house just laughing and talking. KD is so blessed to have Ambria as a sister and friend, and even more blessed to have her by her side on her wedding day!
Leo Alexander Boone
Jr Best Man
Leo Alexander Boone is the beautiful baby boy of KD and Torian! He is literally their world! He lights up any room that he's in. His dad created a special role just for Leo... Jr Best Man! This is an extremely special time for the Boone family, not only are they tying the knot, but Leo will be 1 years' old the week of the wedding! Needless to say they have lots to celebrate!
Jaquay Rogers
Best Man
Jaquay is Torian's older brother. They have never lived in the same city, but they enjoy traveling together and they check on each other all the time. Torian's favorite memory is with his brother is when they were in Houston for a guy’s trip. He won't break the bro code and give too many details, but they had a blast! Torian is grateful for his relationship with his brother, and he said he inspires him to be a better person. Jaquay is a straightforward person and he can always count on him to be real with him no matter what. He could not ask for a better best man. With Jaquay by his side this is going to be epic!
Carlin Harper
Groomsman
Carlin is KD's favorite cousin! He keeps her laughing and now he keeps Torian laughing too! Carlin is a person that everyone loves. He has such a genuine spirit and is a natural comedian that keeps you in tears. KD has so many memories with Carlin and her running the streets in their twenties from Birmingham to Atlanta! KD can always count on Carlin to be there for her. He is like the big brother she never had. She recalls her first day at The University of Alabama, KD told Carlin she was terrified because she was alone at school and didn't know anyone. Without being asked Carlin drove to Tuscaloosa and introduced her to his friends from Birmingham. At the wedding you will find him working the room! Watch out Ladies!
Paul Larkin
Groomsman
Paul and Torian met in his hometown of Albany, GA while they both were in college. They are also Masonic brothers and have known each other for over 10 years. They both moved to Atlanta to further their careers and made sure they kept in touch. Torian's favorite memories with Paul are their days when they would go bar hopping and laugh for hours! Paul never meets a stranger. He has such a great personality and a genuine spirit! At the wedding you can find Paul being the life at the party! He can't wait to celebrate with his Bruh!
Quinnes Parker Jr.
Groomsman
Quinnes Parker Jr. is KD's younger brother. Torian and Q Jr. hit it off when they first met! He affectionally calls him "Mr. T". They can talk for hours about everything from sports & fashion to real life stuff. If you know KD, you know Q Jr. is her heart! She can still recall the day he was born and loves him so much. She says her most fond memory is when he was about 4 or 5 and they were playing some silly game. She told him to give her his best shot and boy did he give her his best shot! She walked around with a puffy eye for quite a while! They laugh about it now, but I'm sure you know KD was not happy when it happened. KD and T are so excited to have Q Jr. as a groomsman in their wedding. He has grown into an amazing young man, and they are so proud of him!
Raymond Washington, III

T and Raymond first met in Richmond, VA over the Thanksgiving holiday while visiting KD's family. They hit it off immediately! Raymond is married to KD's first cousin Teanesha, so marriage made them family but love made them friends! They are travel buddies and really enjoy family trips together. Raymond and T both enjoy the finer side of life so they can talk for hours about fashion and the luxuries of the world. They also love trying new restaurants together. They love a good steak and a crafted cocktail! Raymond is an amazing chef and loves hosting KD, T, and baby Leo at their home. They spend a lot of time playing board games and cooking in. You can call them the Best Quarantine Crew! At the wedding you will find Raymond on the dancefloor working his shoulders or at the bar!
Jerrico Webster

Jerrico is one of KD's favorite people! They talk for hours about the deep stuff and crack up about everything in between. They met through KD's Aunt Sabrina, but to this day cannot pinpoint their initial meeting, because it feels like they have been friends for a lifetime. Jerrico is that friend that everyone needs! Reliable yet always willing to turn up and not to mention he is just downright funny! Jerrico has watched Torian and KD blossom throughout the years. He has always been a listening ear when either of them hit his phone. Never picking a side he tells them both like it is and they both love him like a brother.

Tylar is KD's little cousin. She loves painting and making things with her mom! She is the sweetest little girl with a heart of gold. She is very competitive and loves play board games with her family. She will be the cutest flower girl ever!

Raymond "Franklin" Washington, IIII is KD's younger cousin. He loves video games and eating steaks at Houston's (Yes, the Hawaiian Ribeye)! In his free time you can find him on FaceTime with his friends or swimming at the pool.
