Our story began in the bustling halls at work, where professional ambitions brought us together. Little did we know that the daily grind would pave the way for something extraordinary. As colleagues, we shared not only deadlines and projects but also laughter and support. Who knew the countless lunch breaks in the office lounge, many happy hours and one dare to shotgun a beer in less than 5 seconds in the office kitchen, would turn into something so much more.

Our first year together was one for the books! Together, we firgured out how to navigate the quarantined days during COVID, learning about each other in a way that brought us closer. Throughout that time, we also took our first vacation together and hit the road, traveling the East Coast and creating memories on road trips. Sharing the holidays with each other's families for the first time was the cherry on top, marking a year full of love, laughter, and adventures that set our beautiful foundation.

Kevin was living in Annapolis, Maryland when I moved in, which marked an exciting new chapter in our lives. We created a home that was filled with so much happiness, especially when we welcomed Ozzy, our first furry friend together, into the family to join our dog Bennett. From cozy nights in to exploring our new neighborhood, every moment has been filled with excitement and the thrill of building a life together in a place we call home.

After a wonderful year in Annapolis, we embraced an exciting new adventure by packing up our lives and heading south to Charleston, South Carolina. In our cozy apartment just five minutes from the stunning beaches of Sullivan’s Island, we quickly fell in love with the charm of our new home. From savoring the slower pace of life and exploring the rich history of Charleston to soaking up the outdoors and building a community of incredible new friends, we loved creating more meaningful memories and connections together.

On April 7th, surrounded by the love of family and friends at one of their favorite spots in Charleston, Kevin got down on one knee and asked Jess the question that would change their lives forever. With heartfelt words about making memories, embracing life’s adventures together, and always being his “lobster,” Kevin created a moment filled with love and happy tears—a memory they’ll treasure for a lifetime.

As newlyweds, we’re thrilled to embark on this exciting new chapter together! We recently bought a house in Charleston, SC, turning it into our dream home filled with endless possibilities. Our growing little family welcomed another furry friend, Phoebe, to keep Ozzy company, making our house even more lively. And, of course, we’re already planning our honeymoon adventure—dreaming of the perfect getaway to celebrate this incredible journey as husband and wife. The best is yet to come!
