When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible! We would prefer to know by end of August in order to let all of our vendors know!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Before 2:30 please! The ceremony will be at St. James Catholic Church.

How far is the church from the reception venue?

Answer

St. James Catholic Church is in west Duluth, and The Garden (our venue) is in Canal Park. It's a little over ten minutes away. If construction scares you, we recommend taking any back roads, as the main highway in Duluth may still be under construction!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nah! Wear whatever you're comfortable in!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, there is a free parking lot in the back of the church. For the reception, there is also a public parking lot. However, with the time of year, Duluth may or may not require fees for parking. Please inquire with Becca or Phil if a parking pass is needed. We unfortunately have limited quantities but we will do the best we can!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Unfortunately no, but please let us know if you need a ride!

What's for dinner?

Answer

It is undecided at this point in time if it will be buffet or plated - but we will be having a beef, chicken and a vegetarian option. Dessert will include a North Dakota speciality - Kuchen! This is the same dessert Phil's parents had for their wedding and we are excited to have it at ours! If that's not your thing - none to worry! We will have cake as well!

Unless otherwise stated on your invite, please inquire with Becca or Phil first prior to bringing a plus one.
