The wedding venue is in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, off the Nassau Ave G stop of the subway. So, any Airbnb or hotel in Greenpoint or Williamsburg (the neighborhood next door) will be super convenient and likely walkable. We'd also suggest looking at hotels along the G line, which will keep travel from the hotel to the venue quick and painless! We love your little ones, but space is tight here in Brooklyn. To stay below our venue's maximum guest count, we're only allowing immediate family members to bring their kids. We hope you can still make it!
We're calling the attire for our wedding "Festive Casual." Wear whatever makes you feel sublime. If that's a velvet cape and stilettos, we're obsessed. If that's bright blue sneakers and a graphic tee, we're similarly obsessed. The only rule? No one is allowed to wear anything that will keep them off the dance floor.
All we want for our wedding day is you, absolutely losing your mind on the dance floor. But if you want to contribute to the day, head to the Registry page and consider throwing what you can into our honeymoon fund! Help us flee from the soot of New York City and into our post-wedding adventure!
Nope! The (delicious, amazing, unmissable) food at the party will be served family style, so you'll be able to grab whatever strikes your fancy on the day. That being said, if you're vegetarian, gluten-free, etc., please let us know on your RSVP form or by emailing us, so we can pass that along to the staff!
Tell us! There's a space to let us know about dietary restrictions on your RSVP form — or you can email us at carolineandmikegethitched@gmail.com, and we'll make sure you're properly fed.
