Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and the reception will take place at Legacy Stables and Events.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, while the cocktail hour will be held outdoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

What time I should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The address to the venue is 4151 Thomasville Rd. Winston-Salem, NC 27107-4427. Put this address into your GPS and it should take you straight to the venue.

Where should guests park?

Answer

When you arrive to the venue, there will be staff present to direct you to the correct parking location. There is no cost to park.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is April 1st. This allows us time to make final preparations with the venue. You can either mail your RSVP or complete it online.

Will there be an open bar or cash bar?

Answer

We will be offering an open bar.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Unfortunately, we were only able to secure one hotel block due to other events occurring in Winston-Salem on the same day of our wedding. Hopefully we have been in contact with everyone invited to provide other hotel options.
