We met like any traditional college love story... Tinder! Tim messaged Baylee first saying, "I think I love you". Baylee responded saying, "So you are saying you believe in love at first sight?" Tim then invited Baylee to their hockey party, but Tim was sick and did not attend. Tim's teammates put a good word in for him that night. The two later met in person and have been inseparable since. Baylee and Tim made it official later that year. Fast forward 6 years, one dog, and a ring... it’s wedding time!

Baylee and Tim had plans to travel to New Buffalo, Michigan to celebrate a 30th wedding anniversary. Little did she know what the real plan entailed… Tim taking her to a lake house on beautiful Lake Michigan to ask Baylee to spend forever with him. Tim made sure to have family and friends there before to decorate the home and outside. As they pulled up, Tim grabbed the ring off his mother’s car and walked Baylee to the house. As they were approaching their favorite song "I won't give up," was playing. The deck was covered with rose petals and lights. They walked up the stairs to the huge lit up sign that spelled “MARRY ME.” This is where Tim got down on one knee while everyone was watching from inside the house. Baylee said yes... and then everyone came out to celebrate with them, which was another surprise for Baylee. Everyone was so happy and even shed some tears. The engagement was so perfect and magical. After the festivities the party was on and the rest is history!
