It is your modern-day fairy tale love story, really. Woman courts male co-worker. Man resists because of his crippling fear of breaking their employer’s rules. Man finally succumbs due to lack of willpower. They keep their relationship a secret for a while. Seven years later, they get married. It’s just how Walt Disney would write it up. We have gone through a lot during our relationship. There have been three masters degrees, an elderly cat, a puppy, a move to Maine, seven offers on homes that we did not get, and countless stories. Throughout our relationship, Maine has been a special place for us. It was one of the first trips that we took together and was a place that we would escape to when the busyness of Boston became too much. Now, it is a place that we call home. Whether it be celebrating a degree, an engagement or dealing with stress, we find that everything is better with a beer. Lucky for us, Maine has fantastic beer. And, when we were thinking of how we would like to celebrate our wedding with everyone we love we thought, “what would be better than sharing a beer with them?” So, we are planning on sharing a beer with you guys. Potentially many beers with you guys. And it is going to be at a brewery in Maine. Family. Friends. Beer. Maine. These are all of our favorite things and we are so excited to have all of our favorite things in one place.
