Question
Where will the ceremony be held?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outside on the lake view lawn at Belhurst, weather permitting. If there is rain, the ceremony will be held in the Castle Ballroom.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire: Anywhere from khakis and a nice shirt or summer dress to a suit or cocktail dress.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
There will be a shuttle from hotels starting at 2:30pm ending at 4:45pm. The shuttle will then pick people up from Belhurst starting at 8:45 pm to return to your hotel. Last pickup time will be midnight. *The shuttle only holds 21 people. Please do not wait until the last shuttle!*

Where do I go when I arrive at Belhurst?
Answer
Enter through the doors on the right side through the hotel lobby. Someone at the front desk will direct you outside. If you arrive early, feel free to go into the tasting room or grab a drink at Stone Cutter’s Bar!

What should I do if I have a dietary restriction, am gluten free, or vegan?

Will there be an after party?
Answer
Yes! After party to follow outside by the fire place, weather permitting.

Will there be a brunch Sunday?
Answer
Yes! There will be a casual pop in breakfast at the Dwyer house (the gray house just to the left of the reception ballroom) from 9-11 on Sunday. Stop in to say goodbye and grab something to eat! Please park in the main parking lot at Belhurst.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes for beer and wine. However, the venue has a consumption limit. If this limit is exceed, it will turn into a cash bar so plan accordingly.

Will I be able to see the eclipse from Belhurst?
Answer
No, sorry! The eclipse is three months earlier, in April.
