How do I book a room?

If you want just the room rate on the European plan please sign up on the link: https://book.passkey.com/event/50236472/owner/56405/home If you want the All Inclusive rate that includes food and drinks please call the hotel directly and ask for the Barth Wider Wedding block of rooms. Are children invited?

Answer

Mayakoba is a great place for families so we encourage you to bring your family and make this a vacation. That said, we ask that parents take the night off and children do not attend the reception. The Fairmont is happy to assist with recommendations for babysitters/childcare options.

What if we want to stay at a different location?

Answer

There is a daily fee to come on the Mayakoba property. You can reserve a day pass for $175 a day. Please check with the hotel to reserve these ahead of time. If you are coming from another location please let Nicole know ASAP because you name has to be left at the front gate. If your name is not on the list, you will not be able to get onto the property.
