Some of the most common questions you may have are listed below, if there are any other questions please feel free to reach out to us.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by 10/18/2023. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible. Any RSVP's received after the cut off date will be marked as a "no" as we will be submitting our final headcount to our venue shortly after the deadline. We hope to see you all there!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly start at 4PM, please plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 to have time to mingle and find a seat before the ceremony starts. If you happen to be late our coordinator will advise if we are still allowing guest or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens you will still be able to attend the cocktail hour and reception so please hang tight as they will be following promptly after the ceremony at the same location.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and the reception are taking place at the same location. The country club has a large parking lot with free parking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Semi-Formal. For recommendations follow the link below. We ask, no jeans or sneakers please! Additionally, the Ceremony will be held outside, if you tend to be on the colder side NICE jackets are welcomed. Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Given our planned resources we are unable to accommodate plus ones for everyone. So, we ask that you come solo unless specifically indicated on your invitation. If you are not given a plus one and come with one, please be aware that we will have to turn them away. Thank you for understanding, and if you have any concerns about this please contact us directly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Given our planned resources we are unable to accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding. Your invitation will indicate if your children will be invited. If we are unable to accommodate your children, we hope you will still attend and see this as an opportunity to have a night off and let your hair down a little bit to celebrate with us. Thank you for understanding, and if you have any concerns about this please contact us directly.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please refer to the travel tab, there you will find 3 different hotels listed within 20 minutes of the country club. We have a room block at the Sheraton Great Valley hotel with a discounted rate, this is first come first serve. The deadline to book under the room block is 10/17/23. We are also offering transportation to and from this hotel. If you are looking for something on the lower cost side of things the other hotels are available but have no room blocks and no provided transportation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the country club?

Answer

We are offering transportation to and from Sheraton Great Valley Hotel, if you are not staying at this location we recommend using a Ride sharing service if you do not want to drive or plan on drinking.

Will the ceremony and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors we recommend a nice jacket. The reception will be indoors and we will be offering a coat check for those with jackets.

How will the seating work?

Answer

For the ceremony, there will be a few reserved rows and ushers to help you find a seat. It is an open seating layout, no traditional bride or groom specific side so you may choose which ever you prefer with the help of our ushers. For the reception, we have carefully arranged all tables for our guests to be seated by those they know. There will be a seating chart upon entry to help find your tables.

Since there will be an open bar at the reception, what do we do about driving/our cars?

Answer

We do not want anyone drinking and driving, so for those of you who are staying at the Sheraton Great Valley hotel we are providing transportation back to the hotel at the end of the night. Those of you staying elsewhere or going home we recommend using rideshare options such as uber or lyft if you were drinking. If you are planning on leaving your car at the venue, please plan to pick your car up by 10AM the next day.

Are you registered?

Answer

Please refer to the registry tab, there are 3 different registries. Zola for cash funds, Amazon for online only shopping, and Macys for online and in store shopping. We appreciate anything received. Thank you!
