Since many of you are traveling from out of town, we wanted to suggest some of our favorite places around Lincoln and Omaha for you to explore.

We love this zoo! There are lots of indoor and outdoor options including an indoor rainforest, aquarium, and dessert dome! Great for families with or without kiddos.

Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium

This is a beautiful place to walk around and be outside.

Lauritzen Gardens

The Omaha Farmer's Market is open Saturday mornings 8am-12:30pm. Outside of those hours, there are lots of great restaurants and shops to visit around this area.

Platte River State Park
