Enter 164 Roys Road in New Ashford, MA into the GPS even though the true address is 124 Roys Road. There are 2 Roys Roads in the area, but the correct road will begin with a bridge crossing a stream. Cross the bridge, then stay straight to cross another bridge. This is the entrance to Greylock Valley Estate and Rosecroft will be at the end of this road. Looking forward to seeing you all!
