Are the ceremony and reception located at the same venue?

Answer

Yes. All wedding activities are located in the same vicinity.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors in shaded areas. Please feel free to wear sunglasses or hats as needed!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start.

Can I photograph the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that our ceremony be free of any cell phone and flash photography use. We have hired a photographer to take beautiful photos of our special day. It is important to us that the ceremony remain free of hands and arms lifted up in the attempt to photograph the procession. We understand the temptation to photograph this event but would appreciate everyone’s presence during this time. Personal photographs are more than welcome during the reception!

I didn’t receive a menu with my invitation.

Answer

We are having a self-serve buffet styled dinner. You may choose your entree at that time.

Question

What if I have food preferences? (i.e. vegetarian, gluten free)

Answer

Please let the staff know of your preferences during dinner. These options are available upon request.

Is there a bar?

Answer

We have provided an open bar up to a pre-determined limit. Once this limit is reached, it will change over to a cash bar.
