We recommend flying into Zagreb, Croatia since it is the closest airport to Bihac (150 miles). Find a nice flight because it's gonna be a long trip. We've used Turkish Airlines and they seem to have the best economy deals with luggage and great comfort/travel during the long flight. The only part that can get tricky with them is the layover going over Istanbul. It can get long.

For those who are trying to make travel easier or to vacation and see other places we recommend renting a car from the Zagreb airport. You can easily find rental car bookings online via booking sights like cheapoair.com, booking.com, etc. A smooth ride from the Zagreb airport to Bihac and back.
