Question

When should I RSVP by? How do I RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP no later than Friday, September 29th. If you are unable to attend please let us know at your earliest convenience. Unfortunately, RSVPs received after this date will be marked as 'no' as vendors require final headcounts shortly after this deadline. To RSVP, click the "RSVP" tab and type the name(s) listed on the envelope of your invitation or mail the RSVP postcard included in the invitation suite you received.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal with black attire encouraged. The bride and groom request all guests wear a black outfit (e.g., black tux, suit, gown, or cocktail dress).

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes - please valet your car at the entrance of the hotel on us!

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones unless it was specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(Your name) & Guest" or for families, it would list "The (your last name) Family." When you RSVP online you will be able to see the exact number of people you may RSVP for.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to restricted venue space. If your children are invited you will see "The (your last name) Family" on your envelope.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 3:30-3:45pm so your party has ample time to get seated. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.

Question

What do I do if I am late for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm and we recommend guests arrive between 3:30-3:45pm so you have time to mingle and find a seat. If you do arrive late, our coordinator will inform you if we are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the cocktail hour and reception so please hold tight and we will see you after the ceremony. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning no cell phones or cameras allowed. We encourage our guests to be completely present for this special moment in our lives. Both our officiant and wedding coordinator will give reminders to put your electronic devices away and silence them. Please allow our professional photographers to capture the ceremony for us. We promise to share pictures!
