Check out the Lawn at UVA, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the places where many happy college memories were made. See where James lived fourth year (45 West Lawn), the Rotunda, and the beautiful gardens on either side of the Lawn!
For those looking for some adventure between wedding festivities, Humpback Rock is a short but strenuous hike about 30 mins outside Charlottesville with sweeping views of the Rockfish and Shenandoah Valleys. A Charlottesville classic!
A pedestrian mall full of restaurants, shops, and bars. Don't miss Miller's, where Dave Matthews got his start! On Saturday, you can check out the Farmer's Market downtown on your way to/from our Farewell Brunch!
Market featuring stalls from some of Cville's favorite restaurants! Great place to grab lunch, dinner, or happy hour drinks
The Charlottesville area boasts countless wineries & breweries with spectacular views and vibes! You really can't go wrong, but some of our favorites include Pippin Hill Winery, King Family Vineyards, Jefferson Vineyards, Veritas Vineyards, Grace Estates, Blue Mountain Brewery, Bold Rock Cider, Pro Re Nata Brewery, South Street Brewery, Three Notch'd Brewery and of course Castle Hill Cider!!!
The intersection of Emmet & West Main streets is known lovingly as the "Corner" and is home to many restaurants and bars frequented by UVA Students. Some of our favorite sports include Take It Away sandwiches, Trinity Irish Pub, where James bartended in college, and Ragged Mountain Running shop, where Avery worked in college! Christian's is a classic spot for late night pizza.

Quirky art park and home to some of the best tacos in town, Brazos! Three Notch'd Brewery is here too.
