We take Covid-19 seriously, and we want to remain safe as well as our guests. We are asking all guests to comply with the Governor’s face masks mandate. If you do not have one, we will gladly provide one for you. We will also have hand sanitizer available to keep hands clean. We also remind guests of the importance of hand washing before and after eating. Chairs will also be distanced to allow for space between individuals. Our total count including Brian and I is set at 25 people to limit indoor capacity. We’d love to include more people but again we want to remain safe and comply with the venue.
We are asking all our guests to wear semi formal attire. For women this may include a dress, pant suit, blouse and skirt. For men a button down shirt and slacks can be worn. Tie or bow tie is optional. Suits or sports coats are fine but by no means required. We are also asking all guests to wear face masks when we cannot socially distance 6 feet.
We are allowing guests to be seated at 12:45 PM. The processional is set to start at 1:00 PM. Please note that once the processional starts guests will not be permitted entry through the front castle doors. We want everyone to be able to join us for this special moment so please plan your arrival accordingly.
When you enter Castle McCullough off of Kivett Dr., follow the signs that point you in the direction of the Great Hall. You will be led to the parking lot. The event space is just a short walk downhill from the parking lot.
We need all RSVPs by November 28, 2020. Please note we have to give final numbers to the venue at that time so that they can adequately prepare for us. If you have RSVP’d that you are coming and for some reason cannot attend please extend the courtesy of letting Brian and I know as soon as possible.
Certainly! We are having a reception at the Castle following the ceremony. It will consist of the celebratory toast, dancing, cake cutting, and other fun activities. We will have light refreshments, and beverages available for our guests. The reception will take place 1:30-3:45 PM
Brian and I are not registered at any store or online shopping entity. We have opted to set up a honey moon fund. All contributions to this fund will assist us in taking a special, romantic trip for the two of us. While we welcome any gift you want to give, we would appreciate contributions to the honey moon fund. Giving is simple. Visit the registry tab on this website and you can give electronically. If you wish to mail or give your contribution in person that is also welcome.
