Are Children Allowed?

Answer

If you would prefer a childless night out that is fine, but children are welcome with supervision. This property has many safety hazards (rivers, waterfalls, steep hills/cliffs, etc.) that may be dangerous for children. Please ensure that you can keep an eye on them at all times if they would like to attend.

What's the nearest Airport?

Answer

Lihue Airport (LIH). This is the only commercial airport on Kaua'i. There are direct flights available from the mainland, or you can make a flight that routes through Oahu island (HNL) if that works better for your plans.

Where is the best place to stay?

Answer

Kapa'a town will be the closest location for accommodations near the wedding venue (6709B Kahuna Rd Kapaa, HI 96746). It is approximately a 15 minute drive from the venue and has mostly hotel and condo style accommodations. For larger vacation rental homes - Princeville and Poipu are other options, however they are about 45 minutes from the venue.

What is transportation like on Kaua'i?

Answer

Public transportation and ride share options (Uber/Lyft) are very limited on Kaua'i. It is best to rent a vehicle in order to explore the island. I personally recommend Turo over conventional rental car companies, and Outdoorsy if you are feeling a little extra adventurous.

Open Bar vs. Cash Bar

We are so happy to be able to provide an open bar for our guests! We fully expect you to be on the dancefloor with us too. Please drink responsibly, have a great time, and find a designated driver if needed.

Is the wedding "unplugged"?

Answer

Your phones and cameras are welcome, please just be mindful of the photographers and do not get in their way.
