Joshua Tree holds a special place in our hearts. We went to this National Park in 2018 and fell in love with the place. We spent time exploring and took our own family photos. Two years later we ventured to the same place, but this time, Zach proposed. After the proposal, we explored the park a little while taking our engagement photos and family photos. Then we had a celebratory dinner at Pappy and Harriet's in Pioneertown.

We all have favorite numbers, right? The Bland Clan leans into the number 12 as much as possible. Danny Bland (Autumn's brother) was born on October 12th, 1966, and would tend to use #12 for many things in life, including his football jersey. After he passed in 1993, the Blands continued to keep #12 very much alive. In a way it is the known lucky number and a tribute to an amazing person who left us way too soon. When picking a date, we knew we wanted a fall wedding. Autumn immediately searched for the 12th in the fall months and landed on 11.12.2021. A late fall, Friday wedding will be the perfect fit.
