Please RSVP here on our website by no later than July 10, 2025. Any non-responses will be marked as "not attending." We will miss you celebrating with us, but because it is really important that we meet our venues' deadlines for providing an accurate headcount, we cannot accept late RSVPs. Thank you for understanding!
Absolutely, that is not a problem. To help us give each of our venues an accurate headcount, please indicate which event(s) you plan to attend when you complete your RSVP.
Our ceremony will take place in the lower level of the scenic Schedel Arboretum and Gardens. Allow yourself plenty of time to park, cross the road, grab a pre-ceremony refreshment, and walk down the stairs to the ceremony space. We recommend arriving no later than 3:50 p.m., as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. For the reception, doors open at 5:00 p.m.
While we love all your kids, we have elected to have an adults-only event with no guests under the age of 16. We hope this advanced notice allows you plenty of time to find a babysitter and enjoy a night out with your partner!
Yes! We encourage you to take lots of pictures and videos at the reception. We can't wait for you to share those with us! During the ceremony, though, we request that you put phones away. We have hired a wonderful professional photographer to capture our day so you can be fully present in the moment with us.
We kindly request that our guests wear semi-formal attire. No jeans, please. Ladies, consider wearing comfortable shoes for walking and dancing!
Please check your invite to see if you have a plus-one!
The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.
Yes! We invite ceremony guests to explore the gardens after the ceremony concludes. Feel free to stick around for a few minutes to take some pictures and enjoy the late-summer beauty of the gardens before heading to Ole Zim's for the reception.
