(5/1/21) No, not this year. We decided that although most adults in the US would be vaccinated by June, it would still be difficult to hold our event the way we intended. We can't predict the pace restrictions would ease by that point, and even if we were able to have a large number of people inside, it would still be difficult to dance and eat safely. We wanted to show off our city and home to out of town visitors and we aren't sure that will be possible either. Many of you are parents to minors and we want to ensure their health safety as well.
Maybe. We will probably have some kind of celebration for a future anniversary, but we haven't made any decisions on that yet. In the meantime, if you are not from Louisville, you have an open invitation to visit us so we can show off our home and city to you. If you are from Louisville, let's meet up safely soon! Also please consider supporting Ramsi's Cafe of the World (food), Boston's Florals (flowers), and the Sugar Woods (desserts).
Our registry is still available if you want to contribute to it.
Although it wasn't how we imagined it, we had a lovely wedding ceremony. If you'd like to watch it, here's a link to the livestream of our wedding on June 6, 2020: https://youtu.be/KtQ8ZXPEa4k
