Negative. We love all of our family and friends, but we want our wedding ceremony to be very small and intimate, with only our parents, grandparents, and siblings.
When we say that our reception is "open house," we mean that you can come and go anytime between the hours of 4:00 and 8:00PM. You don't have to stay the entire time (but you're certainly welcome to).
All of the Minnesota Discovery Center facilities will be available to our guests. Our open house reception will be in the pavilion; aside from that, you can tour the museum, watch our wedding video in the theater, or play a round of mini golf. There will also be private trolley rides for only our reception guests at 5:00, 6:00, and 7:00.
We would like to have a final headcount a couple weeks before the reception, so we kindly ask that you RSVP no later than August 5.
Whatever you'd like it to be! While we'll be dressed up, we would like you to wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing.
Nope! There will be a dinner buffet with herb crusted beef and apple brie stuffed chicken. There will also be a kids' buffet with chicken strips, fries, and fruit.
Yes! When you RSVP, you’ll be able to respond for adults and children individually.
