When and where is the wedding?

The wedding will be held on October 18, 2025 in at Grace River Island Resort in Fort Myers, FL.

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

The wedding is located in Fort Myers, FL in a private home on the Caloosahatchee River. The Grace River Island home is a quiet, tropical island accessible via land bridge, giving the appearance of a peninsula. The wedding will be held outside on the large deck. The property is gated, guests will be given the access code once they RSVP.

What are my travel options?

Answer

Firstly, thank you for traveling the distances to celebrate with us! We have provided a list of hotels near the venue that you may book for the night. This is located under the travel tab with links provided to each hotel to check availability and book! You are also welcome to check out some Airbnb options!

Where should I fly into?

Answer

Thank you for making the arrangements to fly to our wedding! We recommend flying into Southwest Florida International Airport. We have listed the travel information in the travel tab of the website.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm sharp. Feel free to arrive at 3:00pm where guests can enjoy light refreshments.

Where should I park?

Answer

The venue is able to accommodate up to 10 vehicles and there will be staff members helping guide our guests on where to park. If you can, we highly recommend getting an uber from your hotel or airbnb.

Can I leave my car parked at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes! Please feel free to leave your car overnight in order for everyone to enjoy themselves and to keep everyone safe on the road.

What is the dress code?

Answer

This will be a formal event. Please stray away from wearing the colors green and champagne as these are the wedding party colors. As the weather is expected to be warm, please make sure you wear something breathable.

What is the weather like in Florida?

Answer

Florida is typically warm in October. Maximum temperatures are between 88°F to 84°F. The minimum temperature are between 75°F to 70°F. It's generally warm, but pack a sweater as the venue is located next to the water.

What are some key items to pack when traveling to Florida?

Answer

Florida can be very humid and wet so make sure to pack bug spray.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you received a plus one it will be noted on your invitation in order to RSVP.

Please make sure to RSVP "yes" or "no" by August 1 ,2025.

All guests can contact the bride or groom PRIOR to the wedding date if they have miscellaneous questions.
