we're getting married!

We met during our secondary leadership school through YWAM in Redding, California. We then spent two months on outreach overseas together, and became really close friends. After 9 months of Austin being stuck in the friend zone (...and 4 rejections later), Lexi started seeing him in a different light. Austin's pursuit in not only a relationship, but more so in their friendship, his steadfastness, gentleness, steadiness, and pursuit of the Father reminded her of another man she's grown to love: Jesus. And so began a journey of getting to know each other on a deeper level. Bumpy in some spots, smooth in others. This journey has been known to both Austin and Lexi as an unexpected testimony of healing and restoration. They've seen God's hand over this relationship from the beginning. Seven months later, Austin proposes to Lexi in Lakeside, Montana, surrounded by their amazing YWAM community that they love (and miss) so much. And incase you didn't know already, she said yes ;) We can't wait to celebrate with you all in September!!
