Is there a dress code?

Answer

While this is an outdoor wedding, we still like to get FANCY! The recommended dress code is cocktail or garden party attire. Think formal but comfortable. Cocktail dresses or jumpsuits. Summer-weight suits and ties. The grass may be soft, so its best to leave the stiletto heels at home.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is ample parking onsite along Ziefle Road at the Doherty Farm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

I would allow some extra time for parking and walking to the ceremony site. 15-20 extra minutes should do.

Are kids welcome at the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

We love your kids but thought you'd enjoy a night off. Infants under 12 months are welcome. Friday evening will be a more kid-friendly gathering.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, of course. Please contact Fiona (607-279-8589) or Austin (614-632-6360). All food will be vegetarian with vegan and gluten-free options.

What if it rains?

Answer

We will have a large tent for shelter but you can still dance in the rain :) We'll keep an eye on the forecast. Feel free to call/text with any questions closer to the event.

The ground can be uneven and its a fairly big area. If you need support, please let us know.
