We ask that you wear semi-formal attire. Please refrain from wearing blue jeans and sneakers. We recommend bringing a change of shoes, if necessary, to be able to dance the night away!
We love your kids! However, we want this special day to be adults (21+) only.
The ceremony will start at 4:30 PM sharp. The venue staff will hold any guests back if arriving too close to 4:30 PM, so please arrive prior! Please do not arrive earlier than 3:45 PM.
For those guests driving themselves, the venue has a large parking lot on site. There will not be a valet. Cars can be left in the lot until 10 AM Sunday morning. If you anticipate any chance of your car being left overnight, please give your car information to the front desk. For guests choosing to take the shuttle, service begins at 3:30 PM with the ceremony starting promptly at 4:30. Please be prepared to catch the shuttle to arrive at the venue on time.
The historical average on this date is a high of 50 and low of 33. As we all know, Wisconsin weather can be unpredictable... We may have snow or it could be very hot! We recommend checking closer to the date to plan accordingly. Since the night is almost guaranteed to be cold, we will have a coat check provided when you enter the venue.
We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a three-course plated dinner and dessert. There will be an open bar that will close during the dinner hour, and reopen for dancing. While the bar is open, the staff will have tip jars available.
Yes - please tag us in all of your posts! We are so excited to share this day with everyone. Our hashtag is #MeetTheFarahs if you'd like to use it while posting. Please do not take any pictures during the ceremony, we have hired a photographer to cover the event. Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to take your camera out and snap away!
RSVP’s are requested no later than October 1st, 2023.
