In typical COVID times, we met on the dating app, Hinge. After a few messages back and forth, Zach asked if I wanted to Facetime, thankfully Allie made me agree to it! After a two hour Facetime, I knew Zach was special! A few days later we went on our first date to the Rustic. And the rest is history! PS I’m pretty sure Zach was head over heals as soon as he found out I was a snowboarder.

We were planning a trip to Fredricksburg for our one year anniversary. Zach was dead set on planning the day of our one year anniversary and I went along with it. All I knew was that he had a few wineries he wanted to go to and that we had a tour at Becker at 2. We went and enjoyed lunch and a tasting then headed to our tour. As we are going through our tour, everything seemed so rushed. We got to the end of the tour and Zach had picnic set up with wine, cheese, and flowers. I couldn’t believe it. Zach got down on one knee and asked me to spend forever with him!
