What are the travel restrictions?

Answer

Governor Cuomo's most recent travel guidelines for those coming to NYS (as of 10/31): Those traveling to NY must get tested within three days PRIOR to landing in New York. Travelers are required to quarantine for at least three days upon arrival to NY, and must be retested on the fourth day following their arrival to NY. If travelers receive a negative test on day four of quarantine they may exit quarantine. Do I have to get a COVID test prior to attending the wedding?

Answer

No, we are not requiring a COVID test prior to attending the wedding. However, if you have a known exposure within 2 weeks prior to the wedding, we would appreciate your honesty and prefer you had a negative test prior to attending the wedding. Please alert us as soon as possible if your plans change and you can no longer attend our wedding.

Will I be required to wear a mask?

As of right now, yes. More to come on this. We will have disposable masks for you if you forget to bring your own.

Will there be dancing?

Answer

We're not too sure about that right now - but be prepared for fun no matter what! There will most definitely be live music during cocktail hour and music played overhead during the reception. We have some back up plans in place like trivia, murder mystery games, board games, and cards.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 30, 2020 This allows us to plan accordingly with the venue and adjust numbers as COVID guidelines are fluctuating so frequently. Please keep this in mind as you RSVP - the wedding is in January, which was already a high risk time of year. Of course we would love to have everyone at our wedding, but your safety and health are more important to us. We understand if you decline for concerns of contracting the virus, or another form of illness. We also understand if you change your mind after RSVPing YES and no longer feel safe. Please be courteous and let us know ASAP. We're all in this pandemic together!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We have a two registries - one through Amazon and one through Macy's. We appreciate any gift - but we are mostly excited just to celebrate our special day with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive around 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. This way everyone will have the opportunity to get through coat check, mingle, and find a seat. Our goal is to keep the party rolling!

Can I bring a date?

If the address to your invitation says your name "and guest", then yes! More clarification can be seen on the website when you RSVP. If it is only you, then no - but we would still love to celebrate with you! We have carefully taken into consideration the guest count when adhering to the COVID guidelines
