Our story started so different than most but one thing was for certain, God was there from the beginning. From the least likely of circumstances, he gave us each other and we instantly became the best of friends. When Tyler messaged me for the first time, he was overseas serving our country and I had been battling a lot of anxiety and nervousness about my career path and the plan that The Lord had for me. We didn't know each other but had so many mutual friends and didn't even realize we had lived just a few miles away from each other for a significant time. From the first message to the first phone call, it was evident that the relationship we were building had the potential to be so much more. As months passed, we continued to talk on the phone and FaceTime, constantly, but most importantly we grew as individuals and became closer to The Lord. Around three months in to knowing each other, I knew that he was my person and that if it be The Lord's will, I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him. In October of 2021, he was finally released from his deployment and the rest just fell into place. We went on our first date, and we decided we should keep each other around. In July of 2022, Tyler proposed and I without hesitation said YES! The Lord has blessed us both so much and continues to bless us daily. We can't wait to say "I do" and to watch our story unfold even more. As Tyler has said so many times "I have heard so many songs that talk about love at fist sight but never one before sight" and that perfectly describes our story. Tyler and I both want to say thank you for your love and support as we start our lives together and we cannot wait to celebrate our big day with you all.
