Question
Where do we park at the venue?
Answer
There is plenty of parking on site as well as handicap parking if needed. You will need to provide your own transportation to and from the venue.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
The Barn will always have wind and the only weather we should see is an afternoon rain shower, but will then be sunny. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside with the reception inside

What are the Bridal Party colors?
Answer
We will be wearing, teal, copper and fall colors.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, please be dressed in formal/cocktail attire. This means you should wear the nicest clothing you have access to. A nice floor length or cocktail dress for the ladies and dress pants with a sport/suit coat for the gentlemen.

Can I bring a date?

All plus ones will be accounted for on invitations, if you need a special request please reach out to the bride or groom

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your children, but to give our guests a night of relaxation we have decided to make this an adult only event (16+) except for immediate family and those involved in the wedding

What is the altitude of the venue?
Answer
Buena Vista sits at approximately 8,000 feet. Those coming out of state, please be aware and cautious

Do I need to book a hotel?
Answer
Buena Vista is about 2.5 hours away from Denver, then being 3 hours from the airport. We would highly recommend staying the night of the wedding in Buena Vista, then returning back home. There are a couple hotels and plenty of Air bnbs in the area. We do not plan on booking any hotel blocks.

Can we take pictures?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we ask all phones and devices to be put away, turned on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We would love to have you present in the moment as well as giving the photographer and videographer all the opportunities to capture our special moments.

Will you be providing any transportation?
Answer
With the town being so small, the bride and groom have decided to not offer and transportation to or from the venue. Please drink responsibly and get home safe!

Is smoking allowed?
Answer
No form of smoking or vaping is allowed on property per the venue. Please be respectful of their wishes

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! All drinks will be provided. Please do not bring your own alcohol as that will result in dismissal from the property due to the liquor license held by the venue. Plenty of non-alcoholic beverages will be provided as well. NOTE: 1 drink at altitude is 2 drinks at sea level. Please drink responsibly
