We will basically have the whole mountain to ourselves! There are places to park around each of the cabins. It may be necessary to walk between cabins and the pavilion, so bring a pair of comfy shoes!
Yes, bring the little ones! We do recommend that you bring things to do for them, as there is not much there to keep them occupied.
Please only RSVP for the number of people allotted on your RSVP. We want the day to be intimate, with our favorite people.
For most of the weekend, no- just bring things that are comfy and warm! For the actual wedding, we want to see everyone at their best! Therefore, we are requesting that everyone dress semi-formal. There is a concrete pad for the reception/ceremony, but we are aware that most of the venue is grass/gravel, so bring some comfortable shoes.
Please RSVP 30 days before the event- by September 21st for planning purposes.
That is completely up to you! We will have all the spaces available from Thursday to Sunday. We understand that this is during the work week/school day, so we understand if people cannot make it until Friday or Saturday. We encourage you to treat this weekend like a family vacation and take some time away from work responsibilities, but understand this is not possible for everyone!
We will not be setting up an item registry: in all honesty, we have been living together for years and already have many of the items that traditional couples may ask for. Instead, we will be creating a "fund site" where everyone can contribute what they can to our honeymoon and first home fund. The website is linked under the Registry tab, and will also be available on the invitation.
Jackson and I will create a sleeping arrangement for the cabins for those staying on site. Upon arrival, we will guide you to your room.
