Question

How do I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab above! Kindly RSVP before Tuesday, August 1st. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. ANY RSVP's received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending the final headcount to our vendors immediately after this deadline - you will be missed!

Question

If I cannot attend, do I still have to RSVP?

Answer

We are so sad you cannot make it! We ask that even if you cannot attend, that you go under the RSVP tab and choose that you cannot attend. This helps us with the final headcount for our vendors.

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The Madilynn Rose - 116 McCugh Private Drive, Church Hill, Tennessee 37642

Question

What time should I be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm sharp. We ask guests to arrive 30 minutes early to ensure adequate time for mingling and finding a seat before the ceremony.

Question

What do I do if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting immediately at 4 o'clock. We recommend guests arrive around 3:30 pm. At 4pm, the gate to the ceremony area will be closing. There will be no accommodations to those that are late. We ask that you hang tight and wait until the ceremony is over - we will see you at the reception!

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors with the reception mostly indoors.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location handicap accessible?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception area has a pull around area that we will allow to those in need to drive straight to the gate of the ceremony. We ask that after dropping this individual off, that you then park in the designated parking area.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Once you pull to the very top of the long driveway, you will see the complimentary guest parking. Signs will be posted at the entrance of the venue with more signs directing you to where you should be going!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would LOVE to see our family and friends dressed and feeling their best in Sunday's best attire.

Question

Can I wear white or ivory to the wedding?

Answer

We ask that these colors stay in the closet and be brought out another day. This is the bride's time to shine!

Question

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Wear the shoes that you feel your best and most comfortable in; however, keep in mind that the venue terrain includes gravel, dirt, rock, and grass.

Question

What kind of weather should we expect?

Answer

As always we are praying for clear and sunny skies - but we all know this is completely out of our control. Thankfully, we have enough space to move everything indoors if needed. Keep an eye on the weather in the days leading up to wedding day!

Question

Can I bring a date/guest?

Answer

On your RSVP card received in the mail, it will say "we have reserved ___ seats in your honor." If there is a number 1 there, then we kindly ask that you bring yourself. If the number 2 is written, then yes! We have saved you and your guest a seat. Numbers 3, 4, etc are for those with families! When you RSVP on the website, you will type in ONLY your name. Once this is entered, it will bring up all guests invited under your name. Due to limited seating at the venue and wanting to keep our day intimate, we ask that those only on the list attend.

Question

Are pets welcomed?

Answer

We kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home so you can enjoy a night out!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means that we are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and we would hate for their shots to have phones in them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos are you would like!

Question

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

Once the ceremony has ended, social hour will begin! The immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures for one hour. Guests can use this time to meet and mingle, eat some yummy snacks, & use the free and unlimited photo booth!

Question

What should I expect after social hour?

Answer

Once social hour has ended, the bride and groom will be introduced and the reception will begin! Be prepared for a fun night of dinner and dancing!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

While your presence is gift enough, if you are still feeling generous, we ask that you contribute to our honeymoon fund or check out our Target registry. Links to both of these can be easily found on the REGISTRY tab above!

Question

I have a question that wasn't answered on here. What do I do?

Answer

If you have an unanswered question, feel free to text the bride! Please have all questions asked and answered before wedding day as the bride and groom will not be able to respond on this day.
