What should I wear to the wedding?

How do I book my room?

Answer

Contact Travel Agent - Holly Ward By Email (holly@inspired2escape.com) with below info: -Full Names as it appears on passport -Double check passport to make sure it won't expire 6 months after you return home -Phone Number -Mailing Address -If either traveler is police (active/retired) or military (active/veteran/retired) -If either traveler has been to Sandals or Beaches Resort in the past -Travel dates -Preferred room category -Relationship to bride or groom (examples: friends, cousin, aunt/uncle, co-worker, bridesmaid, groomsmen, etc.)

Can I still book a room if I missed the June 30th cutoff for deposit?

Answer

Yes, you can still place your $400 deposit by September but please note 50% of your payment will be due by September 20th and 100% payment by December.

Can I pay for my room in full and not do payments?

Is there a minimum amount of days I need to stay?

Answer

Yes, Sandals has a minimum of a 3 night stay.

Do I need a passport to travel to the Bahamas?

Answer

Yes, passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after you return home.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately, children are not allowed and this will be an adults only wedding weekend.

Can I share a room with more than one person?

Answer

There is a maximum of two individuals allowed per room.

Do I have to pay in one lump sum or can I make payments?

Answer

Yes, payments can be made. Please contact our travel agent Holly Ward - 919-299-2249 during business hours for any additional payments you would like to provide.

Are there any double beds at Sandals?

Answer

Since Sandals is a couple resort, they only offer rooms with king size beds. (Rollaway beds are available free of charge upon request)

Can I stay at another resort and still come to the wedding / wedding activities?

Answer

Staying at a different resort is allowed. However, Sandals resort requires non-guests to purchase a day-pass for entrance. Pricing is subject to change. Day Pass For Wedding Day: $280 person (from 3PM - 11PM) $530 per person (from 10AM - 12AM) Day Pass For Other Days: Contact Travel Agent for Pricing
