Question

Do I need to be there right at 4:30pm?

Answer

Not quite! The doors will open at 4:30pm, and the ceremony will start right around 5pm.

Question

Is there a dress code for the ceremony?

Answer

There sure is! The ceremony and reception will be Black Tie Optional: formal suits, evening gowns, cocktail dresses, or dressy separates are all great options. We kindly ask that you avoid the color scheme that the wedding party will be rocking - light/medium blue suits and lavender dresses. Check out the RSVP for other events' dress code details.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding venue?

Answer

No shuttles will be provided. Walking, or taking an Uber, Lyft, or taxi are recommended.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

No parking is provided, but there should be plenty of street parking, which is free on Sundays! There're also some parking lots and structures not far away, if you're into that kind of thing.

Am I missing out if I don't attend 'Friday Night w the Happy Couple' or the 'Bye Bye Brunch?'

Answer

Not at all! Both are drop-in events, and purely icing on the cake of a VERY fun weekend. Friday Night w/ the Happy Couple will be a gathering at local arcade/bar Jupiter, and is geared towards friends and those excited about a night out in Seattle's vibrant Belltown neighborhood. Bye Bye Brunch will be a family-friendly picnic-meets-tourist-attraction moment @ Olympic Sculpture Park! We will be chilling with whoever is still in Seattle, but don't worry too much if your travel plans won't allow it. Meet us under Calder's "Eagle" and drop-in anytime between 11am-2pm!
