When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony to ensure everyone is parked and seated before the ceremony begins.

Is there a dress code?

There is no dress code required, but we would love to see our guests dressed up! The formal dress code is semi-formal. Feel free to reach out to Ashlyn at (509)423-8083 for questions about attire if you have any.

Yes! The couple loves children and can't wait to see them.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Spokane has lots of great options for hotels in all sorts of price ranges. One of Ashlyn's favorites is the Davenport hotel. There are also multiple Airbnb houses available for larger families who may want to combine and stay together!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a wide-open field with room to accommodate over 100 cars.

Will COVID-19 be an issue?

Answer

While the future of COVID-19 is unknown, we are fortunate enough to have a venue that is considered to be outdoors. The barn doors open up enough to allow airflow throughout the entire building which allows the county to view it as an outdoor venue. Since there are not many restrictions with outdoor places, we hope this ensures we will be able to proceed as normal.
