In February 2020 Steven was living in Texas and Ashley was in Arizona. Steven had planned on possibly moving to Arizona and was visiting some of his family during March 2020 for Spring Break and Baseball. This is when their two worlds collided, and they matched on Bumble. In April 2020 Steven officially moved to Arizona, and they met for their first date on November 11, 2021. Their first date was with Dave and Busters and when they first met, it was as if they had known one another for a lifetime. They played many games together, Steven will still try to say that he is better at Connect 4, but that is a lie. The night ended, but in Ashley and Steven’s mind, this date was the start of their forever together. On December 05, 2021, they drove up to Sedona which was one place that they both love and have enjoyed spending time separately. Steven asked Ashley to be his girlfriend and then went to watch the sunset together, which is why it has always held a special place in their hearts. Ashley and Steven have two dogs, Jasper is 2 years old and he is a Golden Doodle, and Hank is 7 months old and he is a Mini Bernedoodle. Both Jasper and Hank love to chase one another and sleep throughout the day. Throughout their relationship together, they have traveled to Texas, and New Mexico and celebrated many friends’ weddings. They enjoy going on Day Trips to Sedona, Prescott, and Flagstaff and a couple of weekend trips. Through their hectic schedule with full-time work and school/internships, they continued to make time for one another. Ashley is in the process of receiving her MSW and doing an internship. Steven is also in the process of receiving his MBA online. Both will be graduating in 2025 Ashley May 2025 and Steven December 2025. February 04, 2024 – ENGAGEMENT DAY!!!! Ashley will say that she planned the entire engagement by telling Steven that she wanted to go watch the sunset where she first told him she loved him 2 years prior. But Steven will say that he had this plan all along and just agreed with what Ashley was saying. May 18, 2025, the day that we begin FOREVER with one another.
