Are Kids Invited?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children under 16 attend our celebration.

Is There A Shuttle To And From The Hotel To The Ceremony?

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal/formal attire is requested; Richmond, VA averages a high of 70 degrees and a low of 45 during the month of October.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour with an open bar for those 21+, followed by a station style dinner with main meals, sides, and desserts.

What does seating look like?

Answer

We will be having a cocktail style reception with limited seating throughout the evening to encourage mingling and dancing!

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot off of Main St as well as street parking. The Boathouse will be open to the public during dinner time so encourage taking advantage of the shuttle service, carpooling, or using Uber/Lyft.

Answer

For the safety of our guests, the newly weds, event staff, and vendors, we are encouraging that all in attendance have been vaccinated for COVID-19 or have a negative test.
