Answer
The welcome party, wedding, & reception will be held at Frutig Farms - The Valley: 7650 Scio Church Rd. Ann Arbor, MI. There will be a mixture of outdoor elements on the farm grounds & indoor elements in the renovated 1800s barn. Parking of personal vehicles is available on site. In the event you are unable to safely drive at the end of the evening, personal vehicles may be left overnight. Ubers are likely easy to schedule if needed.

Welcome Event Details for out of town guests: Start Time: 7pm End Time: 9:30pm Dinner & Dessert: Bigalora Pizza Truck, Salad, & Gelato Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, chino pants or dress slacks & a collared shirt, etc. Regarding footwear, expect uneven surfaces due to the outdoor & indoor elements on the farm & in the barn.

Wedding Detail: 30 person shuttle making two separate trips from Residence Inn Downtown Ann Arbor: 3:30pm & 4:20pm departures 30 person shuttle making two separate trips from TownePlace Suites Ann Arbor: 3:30pm & 4:20pm departures Ceremony Start Time: 5pm Cocktail Hour: 5:30pm Dinner, Buffet Style: 7:15pm Dancing & Desert: 8:15pm Late Night Snack: 9:45pm Reception ends at 11pm, everyone needs to be offsite by midnight. We will have a single shuttle that will make 3 loops, stopping at each hotel. The shuttle will depart the venue at 10, 11, and 11:45pm. Semi-Formal Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, full light or dark hued suit & tie, dark dress slacks with collared shirt & light or dark hued sports jacket or blazer, etc. Regarding footwear, expect uneven surfaces due to the outdoor & indoor elements on the farm & in the barn.
