We will be riding up the gondola to the Vista Overlook and do a quick rehearsal and overview of what will happen the next day and then we will go back down the gondola and then be on our way to dinner! This is mostly for the wedding party but anyone is welcome, but the dinner is encouraged for everyone already in Steamboat!

Wedding Party Starts Getting Ready

There is a short walk to the area that we are getting married in, so please take that into consideration when picking outfits and shoes! There will a shuttle from Timber Run to the gondola base but you can also choose to walk (about a half-mile walk, paved) to the base as well.

The Ceremony will start at 2:30, we will have a champagne toast at 3pm and then we all have to be down the gondola by 4pm as that is the last one down. There will be plenty of time for pictures after the ceremony!
Steamboat Reception

We will have hors d'oeuvres from Steamboat Meat and Seafood Company and plenty of drinks to go around! There will be a small cake and desserts as well!

Casual, we want you to be comfortable!
Ashley and Jeffrey will be in their wedding attire from 11am until 1pm for pictures but will most likely change after that, so if you are interested in picture with the bride and groom we recommend coming early! There will be food, desserts, and lots of drinks! Please join us for an afternoon of celebrating the newlyweds in a laidback setting! Don't forget, there is a pool so bring your suits!
