We are planning to have the ceremony outside. You will need to walk on grass and gravel so keep that in mind for shoe choices. The reception will be indoors.

How should I get to the venue?

If you have a designated driver, there is plenty of parking at Dover Hall. Otherwise, please take the shuttle to and from the Hyatt Hotel at Short Pump.

What time does the shuttle leave to go to Dover Hall?

The shuttle will be leaving at 4:15 from the Hyatt Hotel. Please ensure you are there early so it can leave on time.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

If you are not taking the shuttle, please arrive between 4:30 and 4:45. Please do not arrive earlier than 4:30.
