Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We need all RSVPs submitted by December 8, 2023. If you do not respond by this date we will not be able to accommodate you with food, drink, or a place to sit. We are only accepting digital RSVPs through our website. If you have an issue with it, please reach out to us and we'd be happy to help.
Question
Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking is available on-site and there is more than enough for everybody! Please plan ahead though, if you think you will be unable to drive at the end of the night please carpool or get an Uber/Lyft/taxi as overnight parking is not allowed by the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please try to arrive by 3:45 for a 4 pm ceremony start.

Are my kids welcome/can I bring a date?
Answer
To keep the environment close-knit, we are only inviting those people who are listed by name on the invitation. If your invitation reads John and Jane Doe than only John and Jane Doe are invited. However, if your invitation reads The Doe Family, we welcome the entire Doe household, including your children.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We chose a meal to be very accessible to allergies and dietary restrictions. There will be options available for vegan, gluten free, dairy free, as well as all dishes being separated and labeled. The meal will be served buffet style and we will have our loved ones with dietary restrictions go through the buffet line first to avoid any cross contamination that may occur during the serving process. If you have a unique dietary restriction please reach out to us and we will be able to discuss options for you with our caterer.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We want you to look and feel your best! Cocktail or semi-formal. Please reserve traditional bridal colors for the bride and no denim. If you are wishing to avoid the wedding party colors, they will be in navy and emerald.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony. Please respect our wishes and be present and not hidden behind a screen during that time. During cocktail hour and the reception you are free to take as many photos as you wish! We have hired a very talented photographer/videographer team and would be happy to share their photos and videos with you as soon as we receive them.
