The line that started it all. We met on the dating app Hinge when COVID first started. Our first date was on Easter, when we both couldn’t be with our own families. When the world was told to stay 6 ft apart we rebelled and met for drinks and a movie at Colin’s place. From there he planned at-home paint N’ sips, game nights, and showed off his grilling skills. He was all in from day one. Ashley however was more reserved..But he won her( and the girls!) over with his kindness, patience, and respect. Ashley was the first to say “I love you” although it turns out we both were fighting to keep those words from slipping. Our days soon became filled with laughter and memories in the making. After two and a half years of dating, Colin proposed during our traditional Christmas card photo shoot. He made the shirt with the cricut, had the Go-Pro hidden and recording, and our song playing in the background. He put so much thought and detail( as he always does) to ensure this night was perfect for the both of us. We cannot wait to be husband & wife and are SO excited to start this next adventure!!
