Hi I’m Jessica Cureton! I was born and raised in Charlotte and currently live in Wesley Chapel with my Fiancé and our crazy 3 kids! Ashley and I met doing what we both love, DANCING! Ashley and I grew up dancing together in group dances, as duet partners and competing against each other with our solos, all of the trips, fun sleep overs and we've now been friends for 20 years! So many memories and many more to come. Dance friends are BEST friends! I met Chris at a bonfire at Ashley’s house when they'd just started dating (It was so cold that night!) they were both smitten, so darn cute and grinning from ear to ear. I knew then that he was the ONE for her! I couldn’t be more excited to be able to witness this beautiful union and I'm honored beyond measure to stand by her side on her big day!

My name is Jessica Lee and I’m originally from Cary, NC. I’m a Senior Recruiter for a management consulting firm in uptown Charlotte, and a dog mama to my toy poodle Lexie. In my spare time I like to relax with Lexie and my fiancé Mike, cook, workout, enjoy wine with girlfriends, and try new restaurants. I moved to Charlotte in August 2006 to attend UNC Charlotte as a dance major and that’s when I met Ashley! Hard to believe we met 14 years ago!!! When Ashley met Chris she became the happiest I’d seen her in years, and that hasn’t faded over time. Chris is a wonderful man with a good heart. I’m so excited to see them become Mr & Mrs Baker on 8/8/2020!!!

My name's Elizabeth Wiggins. I live in Albemarle, NC. I've been a hairdresser for over 15 years. I met my amazing husband in '06 and along with him, came his crazy group of friends. From day one Baker's been a big part of my life. We have so many great memories from last minute beach trips, where Baker and I laughed so hard at Eddie falling in a hole a kid had dug and rocking out at a bar singing karaoke together. At any given time I'd come home to Baker stretched out on my couch but the dishes in the sink would be clean and dinner would be cooking. Ashley's marrying a very thoughtful, caring and genuinely “good guy”. Baker's always been a great friend, more like a brother and I'm excited for him to marry such a beautiful woman. Looking forward to making many more memories with them!

We have been through many restaurants, flea markets, to some festivals (where Baker developed a British accent from Gin) to breakups and now happy endings. Here's my favorite Baker story, he lived with me for a while and being that we were both video game nerds, that's what we'd do in the evenings. This usually involved me watching him play until he went to bed. I had no problem with that at all until I learned his little secret, with all of his intelligence, he can't tell his left from his right! I would constantly yell, "that's not the right, that's the left." This usually lead to two grown men arguing like five year olds. One day he came home and wanted to get a session in, I said "hold on," because I'd been preparing for this all day. I came back from my room with tape and two pieces of paper, one said left and the other right. I taped them to the TV and told him now he wouldn't have a problem! I died laughing and he was so mad.

If you knew me from the time I was a teenager until I was old enough to buy my own alcohol ( not saying I had him buy alcohol for me), where you saw me you saw him. I can’t count all the things, good and bad, we’ve went through over the years. I do know that he’s been one of my best friends, one that I can tell anything to. I lovingly call her Minnie and I love to hang out with her—especially at her dance studio (yes I dance too!). I cannot wait to be in her wedding and hope that I do a good job!

Hi, I’m Dan. I am an Application Support Analyst for a Global Data Maintenance company based here in Charlotte & an Ordained Minister with American Marriage Ministries. I first met Ashley through my wife. I was introduced to her @ camp as Bowdacious, camp thing you gotta be there. Bow and I instantly hit it off as we both have a way of laughing at all the stupid things in life! It was through the girls that Baker and I were thrown together one night for a charity event. Here’s how the joke starts: 2 guys, a bus, 140 cases of chicken, and the streets of Charlotte.....I’ll fill in the rest later. That was the start of a great friendship. Fast forward 5 years and 1 month and you will find the 4 of us on a trip to see a mouse about a ring! Now here we are, these 2 crazy kids asking me to help bond them together for a lifetime.
