When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Guest arrival to the venue is 5pm. Ceremony will be at 5:30pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please indicate any food allergies on your RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking, however we have limited spots. If you plan on parking at the venue, please let Ashley or Briton know in advance (at least a month before the wedding) so we can make sure one is reserved for you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. There will not be transportation. We recommend you Uber if you are not within walking distance from the venue.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

Bridesmaids will be wearing bronze.

Do you have a hotel room block reserved?

Answer

Yes! Call the Hilton St. Augustine Historic Bayfront and provide them the code ROOG to receive a discounted rate.

Where should I fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying into Jacksonville International Airport. It is about an hour drive from St. Augustine. Another option is to fly into Orlando which is about a 2 hour drive.
