What time should I arrive to the ceremony? / A que hora debo llegar a la ceremonia?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm so please be sure to come early to find parking and a seat in the backyard! Note: You can head straight to the backyard, just follow the signs! La ceremonia empezara a las 5:00pm. Asegurense de llegar con tiempo para encontrar estacionamiento y un buen lugar para sentarse en el patio. Nota: Puedes ir directamente al patio, solo sigue las senales!

Where can I park? / Donde puedo estacionar?

Answer

Our ceremony and dinner party will be hosted at Ashley's parent's home. Parking will be available along Barker Hollow Pass. In respect of our neighbors please do not block driveways and do not park in the grass. Carpooling encouraged. Nuestra ceremonia y fiesta se haran en la casa de los padres de Ashley. Habra estacionamiento habilitado sobre "Barker Hollow Pass". Por respecto a nuestro vecinos, por favor no bloquear sus entradas y no estacionar sobre el cesped. Se recomienda compartir vehiculos.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner party be inside or outside? / La ceremonia, cocktails y cena seran afuera o adentro?

Answer

The entirety of the evening events will be taking place outside. Please dress for the weather and feel free to bring a blanket to cozy up during our dinner party under the stars. La totalidad de los eventos tendran lugar afuera. Por favor vestirse teniendo en cuenta el clima y sientase libre de traer una manta para abrigarse durante la cena bajo las estrellas.

What should I wear? / Como debo vestirme?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses and jumpsuits, dark suits and ties, etc. Please note that our ceremony and dinner party will be outside and it may be a little chilly when the sun goes down. Please be sure to bring a warm jacket or even a blanket. Vestidos de cóctel, trajes oscuros y corbatas, etc. Tenga en cuenta que nuestra ceremonia y cena será afuera y puede hacer un poco de frío cuando se pone el sol. First, let me say, you are not alone! We will definitely accommodate your food allergies and make sure you feel safe to eat with us. When you RSVP online, you will be prompted to provide any dietary restrictions or allergies, so you can notify us that way or if you want to be very certain we received your dietary allergies/intolerances, feel free to reach out to Dani or Ashley directly! Our goal is to make sure you feel safe during our night of celebrations! Primero que nada, dejenme decirles, no estan solos! Definitivamente nos aseguraremos de atender cualquier alergia y que te sientas seguro de comer con nosotros. Cuando confirmen su visita online, se les pedira informacion sobre cualquier restriccion dietetica o alimentaria, sientanse libre de contactarse con nosotros directamente! Can I bring my children to the event? / Puedo llevar a mis hijos a la celebracion?

Answer

We love all our young people and would love to include them in the celebration! If mom and dad want a night to relax and enjoy, we want to also make that possible. If you're looking for a babysitter in the Austin area, reach out to Ashley and Dani directly, and we can help get you in touch with a trusted sitter! ¡Amamos a todos los chicos y nos encantaría incluirlos en la celebración! Si mama y papa desean una noche para relajarse y disfrutar, queremos hacer eso posible.

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration? / No puedo asistir a la ceremonia en persona. Habra una celebracion de casamiento virtual?

Answer

We would love to see and celebrate our special day with all of our people in person; however, we know this isn't feasible for everyone. In the case you would like to attend the wedding celebration virtually, please indicate on your online RSVP and we will provide you instructions on how to connect to the event virtually. Nos encantaria ver y celebrar nuestro dia especial con toda nuestra gente en persona; Sin embargo, sabemos que esto no es posible para todos. When will the dinner party end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

Since we are celebrating in Ashley's parent's backyard we want to be respectful of our wonderful neighbors, so we will be wrapping up our evening at 10pm. However, this doesn't mean the party has to stop, we welcome our guests to take the party to downtown Austin. *Important Note: Please be aware when entering and leaving the neighborhood, we have a large deer population. Not ready to head home/to the hotel? We recommend Rainy Street to hop around to various bars for a more casual night out, east 6th street for a rowdy time with young people, or west 6th street for a rowdy but older crowd. Please be safe and consider Uber, Lyft, or any other ride share options.

A que hora termina la celebracion? Habra algun after-party al que asistir?

Answer

Dado que la ceremonia se llevara acabo en la casa de los padres de Ashley, queremos ser respetuosos con nuestros amables vecinos, por lo que estaremos terminando la noche a las 10pm. Sin embargo, eso no significa que la fiesta deba terminar. Los invitamos a que continuen celebrandonos en downtown Austin. "Nota Importante: Presten atencion al entrar y salir del vecindario, ya que hay una gran poblacion de ciervos en la zona" ¿No estás listo para regresar a tu casa/hotel?Te recomendamos Rainy Street para visitar varios bares para una noche más informal, east 6th street para un un ambiente con los jóvenes, o west 6th street para una multitud ruidosa pero de mayor edad.
